My name is Matt Kreychman, I was born & raised in VA Beach, VA. My team and I have done 200+ real estate transactions in the last 24 months. In my free time I love to travel, workout, spend time with friends & family, and hang out at the beach. I'm passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through Real Estate Investing.

Role & Responsibilities:

I am responsible for discovering and analyzing possible purchase deals. I handle all of the pre-screening of incoming seller leads, moving them down the right path of action, scheduling appointments, taking photos, doing rehab estimates, and power negotiating awesome deals with sellers.

Biography:

Originally from Arizona where I built a successful Real Estate career. My family decided to take a leap and move to Virginia Beach and discover new opportunities. Among these opportunities I found the Caymus Group where I am constantly growing and learning new business strategies to use toward a new successful career here.

Role & Responsibilities:

My role as the Lead Transaction Coordinator is to take our agents and clients from just an offer to cash in hand. Once we have a contract I work closely with our closing companies through escrow and provide a smooth closing. Including contract writing, transaction management, scheduling appointments with all parties, and any additional background assistance needed.

Dispostion Manager

Biography:

My names Brandon Le, I have about 7 years of real estate experience. I started off as an agent at the age of 21 with the sole purpose of being the best Real Estate investor that I can be. I’ve bought and renovated over 50 homes within the past few years. I am experienced in wholesaling, flipping, long term rentals, and creative financing options of residential real estate.

Role & Responsibilities:

In the Caymus Group, I am the head of Disposition. I ensure that all acquired deals are being marketed to thousands of potentials buyers and ensure we exhaust all options to net the most amount of profit from that deal. I help resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction of the sale for it to get to closing.

Ranjeev Guliani

Operations Manager

Biography:

My name is Ranjeev Guliani, I have about 8 years of real estate investing experience. I have bought and renovated over $70 Million of residential real estate. I am a lawyer by trade but understand and specialize in all facets of the real estate transaction. I own and manage Title Companies and mortgage companies and specialize in lending and operational management related to real estate. I love the Cincinnati Bengals!!!

In the Caymus Group, I am responsible for direct to seller lead generation activities and the operational management and vision of the company.

Acqusitions Manager

Biography:

Giovonni Paradis is an experienced and successful real estate investor with a passion for identifying investment opportunities that yield high returns. With over 10 years of industry experience, Giovonni Paradis has built a reputation for making smart strategic investments in both residential and commercial properties.

Role & Responsibilities:

My role is to analyze and obtain new contracts for Caymus Group by contacting incoming Seller prospects. The objective of my outreach is to schedule appointments, provide rehab estimates, and negotiate contracts with Sellers that end in a win win for everyone.

Buddy Buchner

Sales and Marketing Manager

Biography:

I started in real estate as a Client Care caller setting Listing Appointments for Agents and worked up to owning 4 nation wide territories with 1st Class Real Estate and a Title Company in Virginia and Florida. I've had the desire to get into real estate investing for quite a few years and finally partnered with Caymus in 2023 and now Mentor other investors in wholesaling.

Helping people getting into the real estate investing space, including sales and marketing for Caymus Group and mentoring new investors in the real estate acquisition process.
